She is adept in scaling high-growth organizations through transformations, with extensive M&A diligence and integration experience. In 2018, Claire was appointed to lead the HR function at a PE-backed IT Services firm during the turnaround of a distressed asset. Claire's professional passion is shaping company cultures that thrive through DE&I interventions. While leading the global DE&I function at a global engineering and construction firm, Claire created and implemented a 5-year DE&I strategy - launching its first employee resource groups, founding its annual Women's Leadership Conference and facilitating an impactful Unconscious Bias for Leaders Workshop that resulted in unprecedented improvement in the firm's gender diversity.
